If you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are generally not provided, but you will retain access to your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
